Why Cleveland?
Cleveland, a city also known as Believeland.
This is The Land. The Land for keeping 'em talking. The Land for getting inspired. And The Land for living it up. No matter what, we're never losing sight of who we are or who we're always going to be. And for that, you're welcome.
This former industrial city of 2.1 million people has proudly transformed itself into a friendly cultural oasis offering “world-class experiences without the world-class ego.” Ringed by parkland and set on the shores of Lake Erie, Cleveland offers Midwestern grit mixed with cosmopolitan pleasures; visitors can spend equal amounts of time perusing the city's first-rate museums as they can downing kielbasas and brews while cheering on the city's famous local sports teams. A good time can be had by all in this city that continues to evolve.
CAFES
My favorite cafes in Cleveland
Lekko Coffee
Their cafe is large and light-filled, and their focus is on roasting small-batch coffee that supports everyone in the supply chain.
Address:
2529 Detroit Ave, Cleveland
What I like about it
Lekko has already become a neighborhood favorite spot to have a meeting or get work done, and their coffee drinks are made with home-made syrups and spices, and most of them are made to taste best with oat milk.
duck-rabbit
A craft coffee roastery that aims to help people appreciate coffee in the same way they might appreciate a fine wine. The menu is small, but the flavors are big.
Address:
4160 Lorain Ave, Cleveland
What I like about it
If you're looking for a quiet place to work and get your caffeine fix in Ohio City, duck-rabbit is worth a visit.
Gypsy Beans
Located across the street from Brewnuts and less than a block away from the Capitol Theatre, Gypsy Beans is the go-to local coffee shop in the Gordon Square Arts District.
Address:
6425 Detroit Ave., Cleveland
What I like about it
The cafe itself is artsy and a nice place to work, and they offer a nice selection of coffee drinks and pastries.
